IROMA, IAA and NAA Membership Membership in The Idaho Apartment Association (IAA) automatically enrolls you as a member in Idaho Rental Owners & Managers Association (IROMA) and the National Apartment Association (NAA). Association Meetings Each month IROMA has an educational meeting featuring speakers with topics that are relative to the industry. Meetings are held the second Tuesday of each month. Leadership Opportunities Members may participate in their choice of active committees working in a wide variety of areas. Committee service is a direct way for members to network and contribute to their own personal self-development. Rental Management & Legal Forms In association with the Idaho Apartment Association new members receive a packet of forms and other information. These forms can be downloaded from iaahq.com once your membership is accepted. These forms include: Rental Application, Rental Agreement, Move-In/Out Checklist, and many more. Magazines and Newsletters "Units" magazine - Members receive a subscription to "Units" magazine, which is sent monthly by the National Apartment Association. IAA monthly newsletter - Members receive a monthly newsletter published by The Idaho Apartment Association which contains information about IAA and IROMA current events and articles.
