About Us IROMA is a non-profit trade association and a committee of the Idaho Apartment Association. In conjunction with the IAA, our members own or manage properties ranging from single family homes to large apartment communities in all ranges of rent. We promote education and professionalism in the rental housing industry. IROMA has monthly meetings held the second Tuesday of each month featuring speakers and topics relative to the rental industry. Please view our Calendar of Events. Through our association with the Idaho Apartment Association and the National Apartment Association we offer a monthly newsletter and magazine, rental & legal forms, educational conferences, tradeshows, national conferences and much more.
